best co parenting schedule

When you are working out options with your spouse to develop a parenting plan schedule, we recommend that you consider some basic schedules that we have developed for our clients.

2-2-3 SCHEDULE

The first schedule is a 2-2-3 Schedule, which rotates the schedule each week. This schedule combines 2 days with Parent A, 2 days with Parent B, and then 3 days with Parent A for one week. Then, the schedule shifts the following week with 2 Days with Parent B, 2 Days with Parent A, and then 3 days with Parent B.

2-2-5 SCHEDULE

The 2-2-5 Schedule alternates. The schedule is two days with parent A, two days with parent B, then five days with Parent A, then vie days with Parent B. Then is back to two with A, two with B, five with A, five with B.

WEEKDAY DINNER SCHEDULE

The Weekday Dinner Schedule is a framework to show how dinners can be divided between parents each week.
